Biography

Patrick M. Martucci was born in Fresno, California, September 22, 1967. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and the Missouri State Bar in 2001. He received his education at the University of California, Davis (B.A., highest honors, 1990), and Santa Clara University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1993). There, he was Phi Kappa Phi, a recipient of the Certificate of Excellence in Legal Research, and a Writing finalist in Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and Fresno County Young Lawyers Association. Areas of practice include health care liability, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice.
